Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our salon and team.

This policy applies to all hair appointments:

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the booked service(s) will be charged.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: 100% of the booked service(s) will be charged.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before any further appointments can be booked.
