Marketing is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us directly. We may also ask you to review your contact details and communication preferences at your next visit.

Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only when necessary with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example, our booking, payment, email or SMS systems). These providers must keep your information secure and use it only to provide their services to Hair Haven.

How long we keep your data

If you have not visited Hair Haven for two years, we will delete or anonymise your client record unless we need to keep certain information for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
